Background:

Born in 1554 Luna was sold into slavery at a very young age. By 1562 she found herself working as a maid servant for Philip II of Spain. She would not spend much longer as a mere servant in that particular household as puberty struck the young girl early. At age 9 she began to developed into a woman and king Philip II took notice and great interest. Luna was pulled from the servants quarters in the middle of the night and placed in another room. One she did not have to share. A large bed and many articles of clothing just for her. King Philip II had decided that she was to become his courtesan.

Still being a young girl this came as an unwanted surprise. Luna, having no real family grew close to another in the maids quarters. Selene. Some called her a sorceress, Luna called her, Mother. Sneaking out of her bed room months later she saw Selene again. Who in turn explained to Luna what a gift she was given to become a courtesan. That it meant being taken care of for the rest of her life. after many tears were shed and many sneaky late night talks Luna finally accepted her new found job.

Education and manners were forced upon her and she in her youthful state soaked it up like a sponge. Being a courtesan to a king is not bad in the least although he may not be as attractive as a younger version of himself. Trips to Milan, and Paris. Fancy clothing and good meals, the price of what she gave as to what she got in return was low. After all it was only good company and the pleasures of her body that were required of her occasionally.

The year was 1574. Luna was out in the countryside where she came across a stable hand. He was young and quite dashing. Needless to say she took many many walks on that particular country side after that fateful day. Love was in the air for that 20 year old courtesan, a love that was so very forbidden.

Late one night while Luna was in her room after a wonderful day in the country King Philip II came in with a platter. On that patter was her country side lovers head. An argument ensued and resulted in Luna's lifeless body on the floor. Stabbed, and the maids were called for cleanup. Selen was called for cleanup and that is just what she did. Cleaning up the mess of broken glass and a dead body. A body that was taken out of the castle for a ritualistic exchange. An Alter, a slaughter, a summoning and Selene did what any good mother would do if she had the means. Exchanged her life for her daughters.

As life filled the body of the lifeless Luna she woke with a gasping scream. Selene lay, knocking on deaths door. Each breath Luna took was a breath Selene lost until she took her last, leaving Luna and the demon she summoned alone in the darkness of the crossing roads. The demon was in fact a pagan Goddess Hecate. Mother Maiden and crone. the triple headed Goddess stood in front of Luna and thus her deal was struck.

In exchange for the powers necessary to get revenge on her murderer and avenge the death of her lover, and Mother she would become a High Priestess of Hecate. The price for said powers is high very high. 2 Fair haird Children to be sacrificed at the cross roads every year.



9) Personality:

~ The years have not been good to Luna. Many years of using her own powers have messed with her head. It looks like Luna has become a Bit Loony, Guess the goddess never told her there may be side effects. Generally She is fairly laid back and if you catch her on a good day she may just drop the ranging sarcastic and be friendly towards you. Not that she's not the friendly type just has some trust issues. What Motivates Luna, well what do you have to offer. Over the years she's learned to look out for number one and number one is, well, Luna. She saves her own ass first and once she knows she's good then maybe if she likes you, or needs you for some reason shell go back and help you out too. She doesn't align herself with the good guys or the bad guys But will help whom ever will be most beneficial to her. Once You break down her walls she is likeable. As far as weaknesses goes she is stubborn and sometimes it can lead to her down fall. She doesn't have super human strength or speed so her hits don't break you down as another's would. She hates Feet. Likes to occasionally mess with people's minds.



Powers: Enhanced Reflexes and endurance, Teleportation, Deep Hypnosis

Deep Hypnosis meaning that she can hypnotize you into thinking you are any one, being any place at anytime, feeling like your on fire and jumping into a pool when in reality you are jumping off a building.
